We will always process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable person, for example name, contact details, IP addresses and identification numbers. Processing of personal data means all actions taken with personal data, e.g. collection, storage, use and transfer.
The policy also explains which legal rights you have in connection with our processing of your personal data.
We collect and process your personal data in the various contexts described below:
The amount of personal data we can collect and process varies depending on your relationship with Infrateq Group and which products you use, if you are looking for a job with Infrateq Group or if you have a business relationship with us.
This privacy policy does not cover employees within the Infrateq Group (this is presented separately on our Intranet) The policy also explains which legal rights you have in connection with our processing of your personal data and how you can exercise these rights.
In this notice, "we" and "our" mean Infrateq EMEA.
Our CEO has overall responsibility for the content and implementation of this policy, for reviewing and updating the policy as a result of new legal requirements, practices and changes in the business.
The department heads at Infrateq Group are responsible for the day-to-day work of implementing the privacy policy and ensuring that staff work in accordance with the guidelines set out below.
We take our legal obligations very seriously and we will always treat your data with the protection of your privacy as our top priority. This means that we strive to store only the data required to perform the necessary task, and to store the data only for as long as necessary.

Data subjects have the right to make a Personal Data Access Request (SAR) and we will ensure that it is answered in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
This document is the basis of our business ethics and a guide for all Infrateq EMEA companies, the code of conduct that all employees are expected to follow. The rules apply to all staff, both permanent and temporary, as well as to suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
The code of conduct includes basic requirements on human rights, labor rights and the environment and is based on internationally recognized UN and ILO conventions.
It is important that the services and goods we provide are produced in an ethical manner. This means that the provisions of this code of conduct must be respected even before the products and services reach our customers. The code of conduct therefore also applies to suppliers, subcontractors and producers of goods and services to the Infrateq EMEA.
All department managers within the Infrateq EMEA are responsible for ensuring that both the content and spirit of this Code of Conduct are communicated, understood and adhered to within their teams. It is the manager's responsibility to keep up to date with and distribute other relevant documented procedures for day-to-day operations. They are also expected to encourage team members to report incidents that may violate the Code of Conduct. Express or implied approval of questionable actions will not be tolerated.
The ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the code of conduct is implemented and respected lies with the CEO of the Infrateq EMEA.
Infrateq EMEAwill act in accordance with national legislation in all countries where we operate. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that we do not directly or indirectly violate human rights, labor law, environmental laws, competition laws or anti-corruption regulations.
The provisions of this code of conduct are minimum requirements. If provisions of local, national or international legislation, regulations, standards or rules state a more stringent position on the matters addressed in this Code of Conduct, these shall be followed.
Team members must have the information, skills and tools necessary to conduct day-to-day operations in accordance with this Code of Conduct. They must have the basic knowledge of sustainability issues needed to understand how decisions are made and the impact of those decisions. We will always encourage employees and owners to come up with new ideas about how we can reduce the Infrateq EMEA's environmental impact and create social sustainability.
Infrateq Group does not accept discrimination, active or through passive support, on the basis of ethnicity, background, disability, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, parentage or age. Every employee within the Infrateq EMEA must be treated with respect. No one shall be subjected to or threatened with physical, religious, sexual, psychological, verbal harassment or abuse.
Working conditions and development potential are not dependent on gender or background. Top management, managers and employees must all contribute to creating a workplace and work environment that promotes equal treatment of employees, regardless of ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, expression of rights, obligations and opportunities .
It is in our interest to promote diversity and benefit from employees' different experiences, qualities and expertise. Through this, we create a creative and stimulating work environment that increases the chances of achieving optimal results.
Basic human rights must be known, respected and applied equally regardless of whether you are employed by the Infrateq EMEA or by one of our subcontractors.
We are strongly opposed to child labour, forced labor or other involuntary labour. The term child refers to any person under the age of 15, or under the age to complete compulsory education, or under the minimum age for employment in the country, whichever is higher. The use of legitimate workplace training programs that comply with all laws and regulations is encouraged.
In accordance with local law, we shall respect the right of all employees to form and join unions of their choice, to bargain collectively and to participate in peaceful assembly, and to respect the right of workers to refrain from such activities. Employees and/or their representatives must be able to openly communicate and share ideas and concerns with management about working conditions and management practices without fear of discrimination, retaliation, threats or harassment.
Infrateq EMEA protects the individual's right to privacy and integrity when working within the company. We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the storage of personal data and we strive to prevent unauthorized access to such personal data. Infrateq EMEA does not handle personal data beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Each person working at Infrateq must have a written contract specifying the terms of employment including salary terms and method of payment prior to commencing employment. The contract must be available to the employee.
No one shall be forced to work more than the upper limits of regular working hours and overtime permitted under the law of the country in which they are employed.
Salaries and benefits must at least meet national legal standards or industry benchmarks, whichever is higher. Deduction from salary as a disciplinary measure is not permitted.
Infrateq EMEA must provide a healthy and safe working environment for all employees. We will always strive to prevent accidents and injuries at work and we will take appropriate measures to prevent accidents, injuries or attacks on our employees. We will achieve this by applying appropriate security measures.
We will provide regular and documented health and safety training. This training will be repeated regularly.
Infrateq EMEA complies with the environmental legislation that applies in the countries where we operate and within the relevant business areas. We will continuously work to reduce our negative environmental impact.
Currently, we can make a big difference by choosing partners and suppliers who have a clear vision of how to achieve their sustainability goals. Our business depends on efficient transport, that those who manufacture the products use sustainable products and packaging, and that they reduce the use of raw materials through recycling.
We will make conscious choices in our energy procurement, prioritize energy from renewable sources and constantly work to reduce our energy consumption.
When we order services that include transport, we must take into account all aspects of environmental impact. When choosing means of transport and travel, we will always try to use what has the least environmental impact.
We need to travel to meet our customers, for business but above all to install, consult and carry out training. As far as we can, we will choose trains over flights.
Internal meetings such as management team meetings, internal training and internal support must be conducted exclusively online in accordance with Infrateq's policy.
We see it as an obligation to recycle and reuse materials. In cooperation with our suppliers, in several countries where we operate, we offer our customers alternative packaging and end-of-life products in connection with these installations.

The General Data Protection Regulation and the Company's Data Protection Policy apply to all Infrateq EMEA's personal data processing functions, including those performed on the personal data of customers, employees, suppliers and partners, and all other personal data that the organization processes from any source.

An employee may not demand or receive any improper benefit from a third party, or offer or give any improper benefit to a third party, for personal gain, unless it can be accepted within the limits of international and national law and currently accepted business practices.
Infrateq EMEA complies with all national and international regulations aimed at preventing, detecting and dealing with financial crime. This applies in particular to fraud, extortion, money laundering and other related crimes.
Infrateq EMEA employees must refrain from any act or omission in connection with this type of criminal activity.
Business decisions must always be made in the best interest of the company. Employees may never use their position or influence for any purpose other than promoting the interests of the Infrateq EMEA. Personal relationships or considerations must never influence our decision making. This includes potential profits not only for employees, but also for their relatives and friends.
To avoid conflicts of interest, permanent employees with full-time contracts may not work outside the Infrateq EMEA in any capacity (eg employment, consulting, board assignments) without informing the company of such engagement. If there is even the slightest risk of a conflict of interest, employees must immediately inform their managers.
Infrateq EMEA observes neutrality in relation to all political parties and political representatives. We comply with international agreements and national legislation regarding lobbying.
Infrateq EMEA complies with the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and all national legal and administrative requirements in connection with tax regulations, including intra-group transactions and transfers.
